YAMATOMO Premium (Monthly Subscription)

Description of Services "YAMATOMO Premium" is a paid subscription service for the mountain community app "YAMATOMO." By subscribing to the Premium plan, you can enjoy the following benefits:

[Premium Member Benefits]
- Unlimited Mountain Chat participation (no usage limits)
- Unlimited Community creation (no creation limits)
- Unlimited Community participation (no participation limits)
- Album feature (photo sharing within communities)
- AI Community Creation usage limit removal (unlimited)
- Other benefits that we may add from time to time

[Free Member Usage Limits (for reference)]
- Mountain Chat participation: up to 3 times per month
- Community creation: up to 1 time per month
- Community participation: up to 3 times per month
- Album feature: not available
- AI Community Creation: up to 3 times per day
*Free tier usage counts are reset on the 1st of each month. (AI Community Creation free tier is reset daily.)
Price 500 yen per month (tax included)

- A 1-month free trial period is offered for first-time subscribers only.
- If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be incurred.
- After the free trial period ends, the paid plan will automatically begin at 500 yen per month (tax included).
- From the second month onward, 500 yen (tax included) will be automatically charged on each monthly renewal date.
*The free trial is limited to one time per person.
Costs Other Than
the Product Price
- Internet connection fees are borne by the customer.
- Packet communication charges incurred for downloading and using the app are borne by the customer.
- There are no other costs to be borne by the customer in connection with the use of the subscription.
Payment Method Payment is made through In-App Purchase provided by Apple Inc. via the App Store.
*Specific payment methods (credit card, debit card, carrier billing, App Store gift card, etc.) are subject to Apple Inc.'s terms.
*For details regarding payment, please refer to Apple Inc.'s support page.
Payment Timing [First Payment]
- If using the free trial period: The first monthly fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID after the free trial period (1 month) ends.
- If purchasing without the free trial period: The monthly fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged immediately upon completion of the purchase process.

[Subsequent Payments]
- Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the next month's fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be automatically charged to your Apple ID.
- Thereafter, automatic renewal and billing will continue each month unless cancellation procedures are completed.
Timing of Service Delivery - Premium features become available immediately upon completion of the purchase process.
- If using the free trial period, the free trial begins immediately upon completion of the purchase process, and all Premium features are available during the free trial period.
Contract Period
(Auto-Renewal Conditions)
This is a 1-month auto-renewing subscription.

- Unless you complete the cancellation procedure (cancel auto-renewal), the contract will automatically renew every month.
- If auto-renewal is not cancelled, there is no fixed contract period, and the subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel.
- To stop auto-renewal (cancel), the procedure must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Please note that if you cancel after the 24-hour deadline, the renewal for the next month will be confirmed.
Free Trial Period - A 1-month free trial period is offered for first-time subscribers only.
- During the free trial period, you can try all Premium features free of charge.
- If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be incurred.
- After the free trial period ends, the paid plan will automatically begin at 500 yen per month (tax included). If you do not wish to transition to the paid plan, please be sure to cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends.
- The free trial is limited to one time per person. If you have previously used the free trial, you cannot use it again.
Returns and Cancellation
(Return Policy)
[Returns]
- Due to the nature of digital content (electronically provided services), returns after purchase are not accepted.

[How to Cancel (Stop Auto-Renewal)]
- To cancel the subscription (stop the next renewal), go to iPhone "Settings" app > tap your Apple ID > "Subscriptions" and follow the procedure.
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- After cancellation, you may continue to use Premium features until the end of the current subscription period. After the subscription period ends, you will be downgraded to a free member, and free member usage limits will apply.
- Please note that simply deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Be sure to follow the procedure described above to cancel.

[Refunds]
- As a general rule, refunds for subscription fees are not accepted.
- For refund requests regarding purchases made through the App Store, please contact Apple Inc.'s support (reportaproblem.apple.com). Refund decisions are made at Apple Inc.'s discretion.

Guide Request Fees (Community Participation Fee)

Description of Services In this service, users who have completed guide certification (hereinafter "Guides") can create communities (guide request type) and recruit participants. When a user joins a guide request community, they may be required to pay a participation fee set by the Guide.

[Our Role]
- We provide a matching platform and payment intermediary service that connects Guides and users; we are not the provider of the guide services themselves.
- The Guide is solely responsible for the content, quality, safety, and other aspects of the guide services, and we make no guarantees whatsoever regarding these matters.
- We use the payment service (Stripe Connect) provided by Stripe, Inc. to facilitate payments between users and Guides.
Price - The participation fee for guide request communities is set individually by each Guide.
- The specific amount is displayed on the community detail page within the app.
- What is included in the participation fee (guide fee, insurance, transportation costs, etc.) depends on each Guide's settings. Please check the description of each community for details.
- 10% of the participation fee is deducted as our platform service fee (this fee is borne by the Guide and does not affect the amount paid by the user).
Costs Other Than
the Product Price
- Internet connection fees are borne by the customer.
- If additional costs arise in connection with the guide request (transportation, accommodation, equipment rental, etc.), please follow the instructions of each Guide. These costs may not be included in the participation fee.
- No Stripe payment processing fees are charged to users.
Payment Method Payment is made by credit card or debit card through the payment service provided by Stripe, Inc.
*Details such as accepted card brands are subject to Stripe, Inc.'s terms.
*Payment is made through the payment screen within the app.
Payment Timing The full participation fee is charged immediately upon completion of the application to join the guide request community.
Timing of Service Delivery - Upon completion of payment, participation in the guide request community is confirmed, and features such as community chat become available immediately.
- The actual date and time of the guide service are determined by the schedule of each community.
Returns, Cancellation,
and Refunds
(Return Policy)
[Cancellation and Refunds]
- If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event date, the full participation fee will be refunded.
- As a general rule, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.

[Refund Procedure]
- Refund requests can be made through the "Payment History" screen within the app.
- Refunds will be processed to the credit card or debit card used for payment. Please note that it may take several days to several weeks for the refund to be reflected, depending on the processing period of your card company.

[Cancellation by the Guide]
- If a community is cancelled at the Guide's discretion, the full participation fee will be refunded.

[Other]

- Disputes and troubles regarding the content of guide services shall, in principle, be resolved between the Guide and the user as the parties involved.

Common Terms

System Requirements - iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later
- An internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required.
- Some features (map feature, search feature, etc.) require the device's location services to be enabled.
- Some features (photo sharing, album feature, etc.) require access to the device's camera and photo library.
*We do not guarantee that the service will function properly on all devices, OS versions, or network environments.
Special Sales Conditions - Use of this service requires agreement to the YAMATOMO Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Use of this service requires account registration (authentication via Apple ID).
- Use as a partner store requires separate agreement to the Partner Store Terms of Service.
- This service is, in principle, provided to customers residing in Japan.
- Application for guide certification requires submission of proof of a publicly recognized mountain guide qualification.
- Application for identity verification requires submission of an official identification document and a facial photograph.
Application Validity Period - YAMATOMO Premium: There is no specific deadline; applications can be made at any time.
- Guide Request Communities: Applications can only be made during the recruitment period for each community. The recruitment period is displayed on each community's detail page.

About Partner Store Transactions

Listing of Partner Store Information - Partner store information listed on this service (store name, address, business hours, photos, etc.) is based on information provided by the partner stores themselves.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the listed information. Please contact each partner store directly for the most up-to-date information.
About Coupons - Coupons provided through this service are independently issued and managed by each partner store.
- The terms of use for coupons (expiration date, eligible products/services, whether they can be combined with other offers, etc.) are determined by each partner store.

Our Role - We are neither a party to nor an intermediary in transactions between users and partner stores.
